Availability was confirmed before ordering, but the shipment still took longer to leave than anticipated. That caused some juggling with our hotel renovation schedule. The Milan shower set itself has plenty of character. Antique brass works beautifully with the warmer tile selections in our suites, and the rainfall head delivers comfortable coverage. Better fulfillment communication would have made the overall purchase considerably stronger.

A callback was promised after I contacted customer service, but it never came. Having to reach out again for the same information was frustrating and made the service side feel unnecessarily difficult. The Milan shower set itself was a much better experience. The antique brass has a rich traditional appearance, and the 8-inch rainfall head gives the shower a polished, well-balanced look.
